Created by Jeanie O’Hare, The Wolf of Paris is a multi- episodic, historical epic centred on the extraordinary figure of Margaret of Anjou.

Set in a time of warfare and rebellions, state craft and espionage, the series tracks the rise of Margaret Anjou, one of the most iconic characters in European history.

Hungry for power and angered by their king, the nobles of Henry VI’s court plot and scheme against each other for advantage. As Henry wavers and the factions split, Queen Margaret is determined to protect the crown that will one day belong to her son. Full of diplomatic intrigue and familial conflict this new podcast series places Margaret at the centre of a breathless struggle for sovereignty.

The Wolf of Paris is a captivating exploration of an iconic moment in European history exploring the heart-breaking division of civil war – where families may find themselves on opposite sides of the same battlefield.

Creator, Jeanie O’Hare is Director of New Work Development at The Public Theater in New York. Previously, she was Chair of Playwriting at the Yale School of Drama, and Company Dramaturg for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
